My intention with this website is to help spread the word about the many health benefits of restricting carbohydrates and sugars in the food and drinks we choose.
The articles are based on my own experiences with the LCHF lifestyle, and on my understanding of the medical research information freely available online.
I’ve limited the science details wherever possible and presented it in a way I hope anyone without a knowledge of science can understand, too.
